I agree with a bit. In all honesty $KMAG could take off without a PR. I have seen it many times when a company is vastly undervalued based on what you already know, many times after basing and accumulating and frustrating the heck out of people, a stock will take off!!!

Amazing what can happen in the markets.

It would not surprise me in the least if $KMAG takes off without any news events and then when a PR hits it will continue to properly value itself upwards..

As far as your comments on new lows. Not even worth a response!
