Thats when it was signed!!! Doesn't show any validation or proof that more dilution is happening!

And again that was for the 1st QTR!! When the 2nd QTR gets submitted with FORM D to the SEC for the uplisting, then the numbers would reflect what happened then....WHICH AGAIN IS ALREADY IN THE PAST!!!

Don't try to use PAST information as spreading proof or even speculation on validation for the future....come on!!
