Thats when it was filed. Probably part of the AUDIT! As in what RFMK is doing right now to become fully reportable and get their uplisting done here in the next few months.

This is just proof that the audit is already underway and the uplisting is just right around the corner. Not to mention the massive amount of funding RFMK will get right at the completion of that and of course the speculation of the BUYOUT :)...imo

Also keep in mind that this goes exactly with the statement RFMK made that all the financials were already sent off...just connecting to dots that in my mind it is ALL happening :)
