I agree the NV. corp. was the pick to merge with due to the business tax situation there over the MD. location. But there is no way you are going to convince me that AAPT will not start to dip into the the outstanding NV. A/S now the the MD's. 500 Million A/S was about to be maxed out. Its a blessing for them not to have to admit to shareholders again that they were needing to update the MD's just increased A/S as that news was coming right around the corner before this NV. merger.

I bet AAPT is loving that new 540 Million NV. lifeline....
