If history of CABN stock is any guide, that was the bounce, the crash comes next, of course it is already down 80% since the R/S and the PR of plans to move to a higher exchange, which like all the future looking PR wish list items CABN has been printing for 4 years now, have yet to happen. They just get swept under the rug and replaced with a new wish list, future looking statement, like today's PR, which is once again, just fluff with no substance.

No customers, no sales, no revenue except stock holder dilution, for 4 years now.
