IMO, I don't see how an internet company could go wrong with the exposure google/yahoo would give you. IMO they need to get enough ads out to cover for all of those older bad reviews of their service. I am going to seriously question this company if I don't see some major advertising dollar spent. (online ads = best bang for buck)
