If dilution was occurring you would see a heavy decline in the accumulation indicator in the chart. Instead you see a steady climb going opposite the declining pps trend.

Seeing as you're a shareholder you would think that throwing around the word dilution loosely would be hurting the chances of bringing in new money on the boards.
