A/S is almost always higher than O/S for good reason. Were you not the one who spoke to Eric when he said that if the company decides to raise the O/S in order to sell shares for working capital that they needed to file an 8-k stating so?
Truth is we don't know what the company is doing with the new shares in the O/S, which is 460million. The accumulation on the chart does not point to dilution. Lisa went to Europe to find new investors. Do you think she went empty handed?
The A/S was probably forced upon them by having to merge the two entities to get their financial house in order. It also gives AAPT a stronger hold on their company because there are a lot of private investors who have a good amount of shares.
