well, the "guess" of Friday is their GWBU pick was May 14th and that's a run for 2 months. That puts it at July 14th, which is a Saturday. I say possible Friday because the 13th may be the first day that they can do what they want. Kind of like 1st through the 30th or 31st and you can pick again.
So, as you pointed out, Friday is most likely a no go. Therefore, Monday would be a good day then. It could be later in the week, but I'm thinking thats the earliest they can do since they were under contract for promo of GWBU
