WELL, PC'S A BLESSING AND A CURSE... I used to use S&P reports, make phone calls....once even found a ceo's home number listed in so cal and called it one am, got his son and he gave the phone to his dad in the shower.....another was a Pasadena oil company, I walked into his office in my 3 piece insurance man suit and brief case, told the secretary i was an interested investor and was sent right in to see the President, in his softly lite, sweet leather smelling office, to welcome me. Shareholders meetings from the Queen Mary to Las Vegas...and visited many 'fronts' in LV that were nothing but mail forwarding answering services.
Now, burned out, low on cash and much older because I discovered 'on line trading, RB, SI, IHUB, boards full of great information, ;forward looking statements' ! wow..I was going to make a million to retire on. WRONG...I lost about a million and only Social Security is paying off every month. I get, every month, what my Dad's annual income was the year I was born.....looking at old census records.

anyway, back to reality...lol..... I just thought you knew more about the structure/history of this company.
