That is not a PR. Just somebody trying to predict what is going to happen and has not been right thus far. Anybody can create a document and post it to PRLOG. It's not from the company and carries no weight nor merit. Should be ignored in my opinion.

MMs are taking advantage of this quiet period and are making money on the spread. It's too easy for them to manipulate at these levels without anybody of importance taking notice. Once we start to get developments this will take off as usual.
