Mr. Goldberg was a registered stockbroker and manager with various brokerage firms from 1979 through 2001. Mr. Goldberg opened numerous brokerage offices through out the country and was responsible for hiring and training over 1000 stockbrokers throughout his career.

What does this have to do with running an exploration company? NOTHING.
It has everything to do with someone who knows how to manipulate stock prices and dupe others into buying in to what he's selling so that he can profit off of the ignorance of others.....kinda like I did, so thanks to whoever bought my shares that I got at .0001 and flipped for .0002.

The only big bounce this stock is going to have is a bounce out the door once the SEC gets ahold of it.
