I've heard 2 different stories. 1) A company called E-Z English held 50 mill shares and sold off. 2) A company in Isreal had X shares and sold. I'm not sure which is truely the case but I do know it beat the hell out of the pps. The good news is I think we hit bottom around the .01 and now will be climbing back up especially with news coming out soon. GDGI is a great stock with a lot of great things headed our way.
