i'm confused again

i'm under the impression that the enviorn. guys have tied up the permitting of pebble in AK
doesn't that apply to lbsr property too?
hence no permitting as yet up there for lbsr?????????
man camp yes --excellent-- get the ball rolling
guy from montana in this now(new face revealed)

and AZ is a happy mining state
lbsr has applied for permitting and now checking for antiquities
old arrow heads , dinosaurs, etc
hence drilling in AZ first is a given??

i understand the chinese want the AK property
but again must wait for the salmon guys to get their day in court

where am i going wrong here
