pharmacutical giants going to gamble on buyout bid, they could offer now for such price,
but
if VVUS gets denied approval on Qnexa, then ARNA market cap jumps
from 2 billion to 4 billion and that is only going to cost
the big pharma company more money on a buyout price
so wouldn't it make sense to bid it now, and let that japan co
decide if they want to overbid it, in their stand still clause
prior to fda deciding on VVUS?
