If you are trying to say that Parent and or SNEY are not good at ppw, well I think the facts of recent filings and decision to hire the right auditor prove you wrong. SNEY is one Q from current, sorry of the facilitation of PPW Is not fast enough for your tastes.

How many filings ( including Qs) was SNEY from current when you bought? Were you also aware that pinks are required to file nothing with the SEC? So, what SNEY has done, that's not progress? I could not see myself working for you.
