Why do you suppose insiders never reveal their holdings? Despite claims of naked shorting, stock theft and complete faith in the long term, they keep it to themselves.

The shareholder meeting would have been the perfect time to say, "Here's how much we believe in the company". Instead, silence.

You can bet you won't hear about a failed deal until as many shares as possible have been sold by insiders at as high a price as possible.
My guess is after the last P&D, they were as amazed as I was at how many people fell into it, then decided to have another go and did almost as well.

Go for another? We'll see.
