Odd that I had been thinking recently that the way to overcome the public resistance to paying for our service would be to incorporate it into the health insurance package, thus making the the cost relatively insignificant, and included with the insurance premium.

Someone with Bob's ear should talk to him about contacting Wellpoint immediately to offer our service to keep them competitive with United Health.
