They sold 1 Billion shares between Feb and May of this year. Do you think they suddenly stopped once they filed the May 10Q? That the CEO voted herself full voting control of the company and then 1 week later raised Authorized from 2 billion to 4 billion without holding a shareholder vote? Just in case?

And then we find out that for the past 2 years they've been financing the company by not turning over to the government their employee's social security withholding and then on top of that their bank accounts have been seized by a bank? They'r now suddenly making FDA submissions, manufacturing and selling product with $1000 in the bank?

The promoters have taken over the board and make up stories out of whole cloth. $495,000 selling price for the CTLM? They've never sold one for more than $200,000

The director left because he was pushed out? No his resignation letter says he resigned because he disagreed with the direction of the company. That he was only hired for one year? No He was appointed to fill a vacancy until a vote of shareholdera at the annual meeting--usually held in July. No meeting is scheduled.

So yes, nothing has changed my opinion on this one. They are simply selling stock to pay off the $1 million they owe the feds. They are at great risk of personal liability and possibly prison time if they don't
