I agree with middy (never thought I'd say that over the past year LOL)....ERHC has a history of being a negotiator of treaties and PSCs and MOU's and partnerships...to EVER think of ERHC as an operator defies who they have always been....no one can deny that they are developing a portfolio of potential fields (much like the JDZ has always been)that may someday be sold as a package deal or individually..........
