WRONG! They can not act on issues that they have nothing to do with the Hard rock mining rules.

The most they can do is politely listen. When someone objects because they haven't been able to sell their property. That is not under the Hard Rock Mining Rules. Also there is a over 200 foot buffer between the powell property and the Mill property and Wally and the DRMS Gang have viewed this buffer and it is more than sufficient. The other objections are also non Hard Rock Mining Rules Jurisdictional.
