In my mind the deal is done and dusted. But even though AAPT is in control I think N would be in the driver seat. They will want things done on their accord as they are the seasoned vets. Plus they have been receiving a lot of bad press lately with Purina and the last thing they would want to announce is a JV because it will look like they are giving up hope on the purina line.
