Based off the multiple comments about JB wanting shareholders to reap rewards and have the first opportunity to get in with a private placement, etc, etc then begs the question: "Get in before what?" The more I think about it the more I think they have another JV or Newco in the works that will supply some of the funding. Larger private placements would have locked in prior to this shareholder tour. JMO.
