just the deal in general... TBX following awesomes model of creating these corps out of thin air. Stevens just took control of shell for just over 80K less than two months ago and PLAN on acquiring license agreements in a newly formed company. Does anyone read the filings? these are shells that have managed to keep non shell status. I understand that the boards play the momentum of the promotes but geesh, find something with some fundamentals. The new CEO states the address as 61 Yorkville. Its a Minto furnished suite! (kind of a big joke up in Canada) Just my two cents for today. TBX is emerging as the new aps I suspect the deals will go from 3 days to a week and then a month promote depending on how much stock they have to dump on future symbols.
