A Chartered Account (CA), with experience in a wide-array of industries from real estate to healthcare, Geoff Kritzinger has been working in financing for 29 years. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from theUniversityofToronto, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO), and was a member of the ICAO’s Practice Inspection Committee in 2007 and 2008. He began his career with KPMG, has worked with a number of firms such as David Steingart, Chartered Accounted, and has since been a partner with Wasserman Ramsay LLP, Chartered Accountants, Cyna & Co., Chartered Accountants and Shimmerman Penn LLP, Chartered Accountants. His most recent position held was with Enquest Energy Services Corporation as its Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO. Mr. Kritzinger has significant experience in corporate tax compliance, planning, and issue identification. He has also handled everything from recruitment of financial staff in over 30 offices for Enquest Energy Services Corp., to the planning and preparation of Canadian and US federal and provincial/state income tax filings for current and past-due returns, including cross-border tax issues.
