Yes. Buyback matters greatly. With JR personally buying shares the official float is not reduced but the actual amount of tradeable shares is. Even if JR only takes 20 mil that is 20 mil that can not be used for trading. This is huge.

Plus you have the perception once JR updates the official numbers, hopefully through a Form 4, of a pinky ceo investing his own money, not yours or mine through dilution, into his company. This is a statement of confidence if there ever was one and lends validation to other fundamentals.

The buyback update is what is needed and will be the catalyst, combined with the increased revenues, that will launch this northward in a hurry.
