Nice IR! Maybe one should step back and look at this from the retail investor standpoint. Scam after scam.

Retail investor standpoint? Ummmmm, pretty sure were all "retail" here. Besides I reccomend EVERYONE "TRADE" ALL OTC stocks. Investing is for the big boards, and the OTC is for trading. We're talking .0001 and you wanna talk fundamentals. Pretty sure we all know what we are dealing with here. It's a 0001 for goodness sake. ROTFLMAO!

So now it is a new company, new CEO, new future, great.

YEP!

Yeah, the company needs to be cleaned up, but john chose the dirty shell. Why? My guess is it was cheap.

Cheap? EXACTLY! What else do you buy when your broke? Can't buy a Ferrari when ya broke; just have to settle for the minivan.

So now we are going mining. But on shareholders dime. The trick is buy low, sell high. Sometimes very hard to do if there is a pending reverse coming.

Ever invest in a Jr. Explorer, or a Jr. Producer??? It' ALWAYS done on the backs of shareholders. The value of the stock is based on the value of the property. Each step of progress for companies in this sector builds value to their property. It's ALL about market cap -VS- claim/property value until the first ounce is pulled from the ground. I guess I'm saying SO, and whats your point? No shocker IMO. NO R/S is "pending". Thats ONLY a ASSUMPTION on YOUR part.

Haven't seen many trip zip 1's very successful at raising capital. Now after a reverse, yes. Now hopefully you see the issue.

There is always risk when playing ANY OTC stock. Might see a R/S. Pretty sure MOST everyone has considered that possibility. I have.
My point is there are MANY triple zero stocks that recover everyday in the OTC. Whole boards dedicated to exactly that concept. There is just as much of a chance we see this stock recover to some degree prior to any R/S. Perhaps financing can be done based on a royalty, tied to some equity? Ya never know EXACTLY what MIGHT happen. I'm am being objective.

If one wants to play the story, what's the rush in getting in now?

Buying down here offers the most opportunity. Simple as that. One must have a appetite for risk, but the reward can be huge. It's lotto man, and every tick is 100% gains from here. :)

As far as working for free now, consider it sweat equity, as if this hits, I am sure management will be first in line for the payoff.

Not necessarily true. It also depends on what your definition of payoff is. I'm sure management is looking for pennies NOT a triple zero payoff. ;) They all can't sell at 0002. Lol!

I am rooting for you, but remember you are most likely addressing the funders of the venture.

I missed the part where your rooting. Sure about that? GLTA!

Do your own due diligence. This post is MY opinion only. NOT ADVICE!!!
