Were in the 8-K does it say the O/S is 1billion? Oh wait, IT DOESN'T

We saw a confirmed O/S increase to 460 million (as I recall). The A/S is 1billion. I believe even you said when you spoke to Eric the company had to release an 8-k 72 hours after an O/S increase, which they did, which was only an increase of 140million shares, up from the past O/S of 320million. If it wasn't you who spoke to him, then somebody else on this board did.

Also if you read the chart, the accumulation has risen as the pps has slid. This is not dilution.
