I am not an acct but let's see if my crappy math skills make any sense.
please let me know if I am totally off base here. I have not read the 10K but I see that they are carrying a 55 mil loss.

this is an example. Proelites numbers probably don't match this but this is just an excercise of my feeble mind.

simple calc as I do not know what they are writing down. might be they bought loss carry forward from the old DBags that were running this I don't know.

amount of sales say 100 mil.
cost of sales say 155 mil
loss amount 55 mil.

remember just a simple mind here.

now that 55 mil. came from somewhere. whoever it was I would think they would like it back or at least equity to replace it.
oooooppps no equity that has value at this point but the name PoeElite and that ain't much if your not running any shows.

besides pissing me off and the rest of the shareholders eventually someone they owe money to is gonna get them in court and then they pay or look for protection. Remember this is all a guess. IMHO.
