Citrati -- I said January or sooner. Since I do not have a crystal ball I was using a fudge factor. I t could be next week but it all depends when the permits are approved and released, When
that happens these low prices will be gone. If it were to hit .004 as you hope then of course i would buy at that level. However I am not waiting for miracles as .0066 is just fine for me.
