In addition to my shares, I have 100k of the warrants that convert at $1 with forced conversion at $1.75 so that is why I have been posting about it.
I wish nascrazy's prophecy of insiders was provable, but unfortunately it has no substance so false hopes should not be encouraged. For one thing, why would NXT be planning a $.60 issue a few weeks ago if the deals were rock solid such that they could just grab an upfront milestone payment instead of dilution?
