It would be interesting to see how something would unfold, but there would be an major issue right out the gate... who would pay the attorneys? Even if it was a slam dunk class action lawsuit, there is no money available to collect in the end.. I have stood on the court house steps many times and in the end someone has to pay... no money= no attorney interest

Even tho I lost $ around the fiasco, I would lean towards no suit, simply because the $50G bill at the end or $10G retainer fee up front has to be footed by someone

Although if someone wanted to make the Co. go bankrupt (to free up those claims) finding a supporter to fund the attorneys may not be that hard... eh? But whatever, just my thoughts
