It would be a tremendouse mistake to believe that Cash, "Polistina and his associates do not benefit unless the price goes up and stays up for several years."
They are in the business of selling shares, couldn't care less about any real business yrs down the road. Selling nothing for something as quick;y as possible and move on. Their problem tho, is the excellent DD which has been sdubmitted,,,,,,,is hard for them to overcome.
Perhaps the private co. owners are having second thoughts about possible SEC inverstigations! Perhaps they have just simply decided they do not trust Polistena, Ele and crew.
That said, CWS was/is failing since Agilent dropped their product. They bring nothing to APII/WAFR but a need for funding. One must then consider that AGS has no history of any successful company with which they and ELE have provided 'financ8ng'.
