No. The Langford Engineering "Whisper" (A converted Ford 7-passenger vehicle), various Wrightspeed demo cars, their Route van conversions, and the CMT-380 have them.

TSLA is taking the path of replacing 15 punds of metal for a gas tank with a large amount (and weight) of other metals and chemicals.

It's selling "cool" to high-end purchasers that like to show off the "Green Bling".
