Unfortunately, America also has a fully functioning court of public opinion. In that system, people in the public eye can find they've made the guilty until proven innocent list. Even after a judge may rule in their favor, many wonder where they go to get their reputation back. Hope that's not the case after the storm is finally over on Jay and the Fishers.
