That's a great Idea......eric just needs to ask all the shareholders to turn 95% of outstanding shares back in to him to be canceled and this will go a long ways to restore confidence,,,,,,,But wait....Is this not the definition of a reverse split...............Well, a debt restructuring / share retirement might would show confidence..
