Get ready for some more (bigger) news this week! Small steps but a slow climb north is fantastic until we get some big investors into SBCO!
To answer one of yalls question last week, the N-54A does not replace the N-2. The N-2 will come but that had to be filed first and I do believe the previous years financials have to be posted also before the N-2.
So I would expect an 8-K early this week! Remember also that the financials want look great on the 8-K because it is clearing up previous ownerships mistakes but is a very important step in proving the legitimacy of SBCO!
