Jbob, I agree with you 100%. Rumors don't win Court Cases. That is why I am looking forward to the Discovery Phase and eventually the Trial Phase of this case, so that we can put all these rumors to rest in Court. Unless of course, they don't end up being rumors.

That's what a trial is all about. To separate the wheat from the chaff.
