Just my take on what i've seen here bud. I find it disingenuous talking about 'dilution', another A/S increase and Reverse Splits...just the same ol same ol which I really do not see here with ASYI. It is PIPE Financing and an RM with KoolTel..end game approachin imo! This is NO P&D as evidenced by the lack of any fluff PR's and the sheer number of shares that have traded at .0004-.0001 range! Price has been manipulated down here for the RM. :)
