Been researching Salman Ullah and Merus Capital. Worth reading Merus' website blog on their investment philosophy! Interesting snippets in there.

Getting to LOI is 99% of the work. Don’t bring up important things after that point. The hard point is pushing towards that LOI. They want to honor their LOI.



We prefer to negotiate with only one person: the CEO of the company
