Both of ur mindsets are not looking from clear shareholder eyes! YOU as a shareholder may have to give up s/s for more $ to fund more of what??!!

If the goods are in the ground the mining industry guys should be falling over eachother like clowns filled with cash to advance company operations, not shareholders having to deal with a undercut s/s to financial private placement snaketraders.. good luck with your future trading
