Have you looked up the guy? He's nothing!!! A infomercial book sales dude like the people that sell the dang whosywhatsy. He's a damn loser like David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster. The only thing, he's not going to do is go to jail like David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster. hehehehe

He's nothing, like one of many times David Saltrelli Stated to his investors that he, David Saltrelli, was going to do something (can't remember, too many and don't feel like looking into my archives)to better the company and never did anything he stated to investors.

By the way, does Wakabayashi have restricted shares or can they sell/have sold?
