I do not believe that Bret is a crook (obviously or I would not be here), however , there is a serious lack of communication , no audited financials and our futures hitched to a larger entity that may not have a sense of urgency to get us through the FDA approval process. If Bret would have maintained control we may get to the holy grail sooner.
On the other hand they have experience with the process and credibility I hope with the FDA, So it is a trade off.
Also we could have done a reverse split and then small placement to get off the pink sheets and improve our balance sheet and increase the pool of investors that would look at us.
Those entities doing our testing and taking us through the FDA process will probably in the end either be our largest customers or will be the ones to buy out NNLX after that full validation.
