I have been through one before.

My experience and math predicts we would still earn 3x our money. Judge bases value of company and competitors and market/branding on the market itself irrelevant of who is operating and how who is operating company.

For example:
MP can't tell a judge they can only afford to apt themselves and not shareholders because their margins create no value......

Imagine 3 companies.
1. A co (producer) sells product to B co(mp/advertising/branding) for profit.
2. A co can NOT survive without co B
3. C co is competitor whO does what A nd B do together....that is your competition margin and value.
4. B can declare bk, but not withou valuing C!

Almost all debt is short term and via dilutin/warrants. Pps is 3 tiles value min. Q1 rev currently equals marketcap????judge ain't gonna let that fly!

Base on my experience....
But was and currently private company(but company has been profitable ever since)
But was short 2 zeros in rev(zeros make a big difference at this level-especially when it's 4 vs5 or 6!
.....above "buts" make a big differencw
