I'm not convinced that there is a "manipulator" or some group trying to keep the pps down using some form of psychological warfare. I think the frustration of not seeing the price move up has lead to people grasping at straws and coming up with some fantasy of a wizard behind the curtain.

Realistically, I see this more as regular buying and selling by the masses. If you wonder why the pps doesn't move up more than it should, the answers are many and varied. I will use myself as an example. I sold most of my position at a big loss (was averaged at .011) because I am seeing very little movement at these levels. My gut tells me that the trend will stay the same for at least another month, so I decided to sell most of my shares in hopes that I can make money in the interim somewhere else. Was that a mistake? Time will tell. If KMAG doesn't deviate much within a month, and I make more money somewhere else, I can come back with an even stronger position.

You have folks who are frustrated (like me) selling. You have people who bought in the low-to-mid 3's selling for a small profit. You have people who jumped in at the high 3's and low 4's who are impatient and are selling because they couldn't flip fast enough. All those scenarios can account for 10's of millions of shares and can certainly be enough to keep the stock trading within a consistent range.

I don't believe there is a manipulator. I think that, when all else fails, you go with the simplest solution, which to me is regular daily trading by retail traders.
