This is not correct. Quasar, from it's inception, has been in the business of selling shares of stock to enrich insiders and stock promoters only. Not to raise capital for the business, or run a successful business. Just ask the current CEO, he helped clean up and merge the previous company into QASP as we know it. He even sold a great numbers of discounted shares and was one of the few to make a great deal off money of the common shareholders of QASP. IMO, it is a shell selling scam, and not a true business.
