Ocare has a tax on new medical equipment which will be fully implemented by 2014 if left in place. SNDY makes and sells medical equipment. Is that a positive or negative for SNDY?

How exactly is the economy in California lifted? What other states have been helped financially by the implementation of Obama Care?
