I clearly mentioned the Markman, reexams and the high expectations set by RP's quotes, to be why share holders/posters are now judging the success level of DM.

So you say flat out, "DM will not fire EDIG. They just will no longer do any contingency cases for them."

That is an opinion, not a fact, because nobody knows.

I most certainly was influenced by those SHM comments in 2008 and after 5 years of holding, began to buy again and still am, which is my choice be it pay off or not, and many others have done the same.

As for me sounding like a friend who passed away, I think not.
