From what you have said 2guys we are on the same page . . . underestimating the environmental forces that have developed in this state (I am in AZ) relative to desert riparian habitats and the very limited locally sourced water has always been my main concern with AMY plans. Back then their public info releases spoke of getting the water from Alamo Lake. At least that is not still being put out there as the plan, just would not happen imo. If the company was more up-front with disclosure, such as the results from the dozen plus/minus wells drilled in 2011, I would be a little more relaxed. But I am not seeing that, and like yourself, this is my main red flag.
