Also another thing.. My understanding of the terms Direct and Indirect ownerships are that Direct ownership are shares of the company for which the 8-k is for... while Indirect shares is through a company that has a position in the company the 8-k is for.. therefore you own shares through your company of another company indirectly.. thats what i learned from my googling of this, this morning.
